2,000 qualified scholars from the Tanap Region and Forest Region received their cash allowances sponsored by Hon. Faustino “Inno” Dy V, 6th District of Isabela Representative, today at the Isabela State University-Cauayan City Campus gymnasium.
Through the initiative of the national government, scholarship assistance is one way of aiding undergraduate, masters and doctorate courses, and law students in their education expenses.
Relative to indicating the current statistics of provincial and city scholars produced this year, which consist of 18,000 and over 2,000 students, respectively, Dy V encouraged the grantees to persevere in their studies while scholarship grants exist. Additionally, he instructed them to put their allowances to good use.
City officials likewise graced the event to manifest their full support for the programs geared toward advancing the interests of their constituents.
Other scholars from the Poblacion, West Tabacal, and East Tabacal Regions also claimed their cash assistance today at the F.L. Dy Coliseum.
